Appointment Cancellation / No Show Policy

To all of our clients at Rituals, we certainly understand that life sometimes can interfere with scheduled appointments, so if scheduling conflicts do arise, we would like to emphasize our cancellation policy for 2013 and forward.
Rituals will require a credit card or gift card deposit to guarantee all appointments for services and packages.  This type of spa policy is standard in our industry.   In the event of a cancellation of less than 24 hours or “no-show” for any and all services, the credit card or gift card on file will be charged/redeemed for 50% value of all services canceled.   If a client has a laser package, one of the treatments/appointments will be redeemed as payment for the service and deleted from the package series.  For group bookings, one credit card number may be given to secure the appointments but will be charged 50% for any cancellations or no-shows within the group.

This spa policy has been established to insure that our service providers will be compensated for his or her time in the event that you cancel (or “no-show”) on the day of your appointment.   Calling the night before to cancel any appointment scheduled before noon is also considered a no show/cancellation.  Without proper notice of cancellations, our service providers are unable to rebook these appointments with other clients.

As a courtesy, we give a reminder call of your appointment via telephone; however, if we do not speak directly to you, it is still your responsibility to be present for your appointment.

Please schedule your appointments with care and be sure to give 24 hours notice on all cancellations or service changes.   We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
